Marina previously served as Chief Technology Officer of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and helped found the United States Digital Service. She is the author of Hack Your Bureaucracy (Hachette, 2022) with Nick Sinai, and creator of TaskTackler, the personal productivity app for people who love lists. She lives in Seattle, WA.
