Amanda Dimer Silva

Amanda Dimer Silva is an only child and was born and raised in the south of Brazil. She’s had a knack for writing stories since a very young age, but only now is getting down to actually putting them on paper. She lives with a very energetic little dog named Meimei.

As a visual arts major, Amanda has worked at the Armazém de Imagens animation studio to produce the movie The Adventures of the Red Airplane. She has also done translation work for several years, and currently edits books. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, reading, playing video games and photographing her ball jointed dolls made to look like her characters.
