Lily Rouault

Lily Rouault was born and grew up in Winchester. Lily was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth and Epilepsy at the age of two. These disabilities never stopped her from achieving her dreams of working in the early years sector so she can give back to the people who need it most. Two years ago, she realised that there was a gap in the market; there weren't many books that portray disabilities in a positive way so that the next generation could see that anything is possible. That's when she made it her mission to write a novel that shows disability in a positive way. Lily believes that just because we have something that makes us different does not mean it should define us.
