Felicity Field

In primary school I wrote a story about a Christmas tree and to my surprise, it was awarded an 'excellent' by the teacher. I cherished the story and the teacher's review, but when later it was destroyed in a house fire, I was heartbroken. Much later in my life I decided to recreate the story and tried to capture the fun, adventure and magic of the original, written through the eyes of a child. I'm certain not to have achieved that, but maybe I got close with 'From Forest to Fireside.' Writing for children is my passion and my aim is simply to entertain, encourage and inspire!
