Kelly Lang

Kelly Lang, co-author of The Miracle Child: Traumatic Brain Injury and Me, a finalist in the 2023 Next Generation Indie Book Awards, is a brain injury survivor and caregiver to her daughter who sustained a traumatic brain injury in 2001. Kelly is a member of the Brain Injury Association of America’s Advisory Council, serves on the Virginia Brain Injury Advisory Council, is a member of the TBI Advisory and Leadership Group, and works with the National Center for Advancing Person-Centered Practices and Systems (NCAPPS). Kelly has been a Keynote Speaker and conducted workshops at several conferences and webinars including the Administration for Community Living Stakeholder Day, multiple state association conferences, universities, and many others. Kelly is also a Communications Trainer with the Simulated Patient Program at a local hospital.
