Kevin Holt

Kevin W. Holt is the founder and CEO of Co.Innovation Consulting. He is the author of Differentiation Strategy: Winning Customers by Being Different (Routledge, June 2022) and Hybrid Intelligence: Merging Collective and Artificial Intelligence to Solve Difficult Problems (Routledge, September 2025).

Kevin uses a combination of facilitated workshops and customer research to help organizations create strategies and solve problems. His unique approach combines computer-assisted meeting technology* and generative AI. He has facilitated workshops throughout the United States and in London, Geneva, Singapore, and Delhi as well as online.

Prior to forming Co.Innovation Consulting in 2001, Kevin worked as a consultant and as a development officer in the hotel industry, where he sat on the executive committee of a national hotel chain. He received an MBA degree from Arizona State University and a BS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
