With over 25 years of Leadership experience in Call center, Contact center, customer service, customer care, and customer experience, I possess vast wealth of knowledge and strategic insights, which allows me to provide the best solutions. Throughout my career, I was credited with several achievements, including relocating and transitioning the customer care and quality department for Fortune 500, while reducing operating costs and increasing revenue by utilizing innovative technology and waste cutting process improvements. I was also a big champion of a winning culture and behavior.
My stellar career and educational background has contributed to my success and the ability to thrive in this fast-paced industry. I have managed to successfully help individuals grow by helping them build their careers, providing candid feedback and a strategic blueprint to help take their careers and organizations to the next level with a commitment to the process and execution of the strategy.
As a powerful and thoughtful leader, I am committed to empowering and equipping individuals with the tools to take control of their destiny, walk in their purpose and stick to their agenda. I help audiences across the globe to overcome limiting beliefs by sharing insights and my own personal journey to encourage and inspire others to take their careers to the next level.
A firm believer in continuous learning and self-development, I take pride in that most of my life-based experiences are derived from reading over 200 books. I have also attended over 50 trainings and seminars. I attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and have a Project management certification from Cornell University. With a keen emphasis on self-improvement, I’m Avaya systems certified, lean six sigma Black belt, Property and casualty insurance license, and Health and Life Insurance license.
Outside of work, I enjoy professional and college sports. My favorite teams are The Dallas Cowboys, The Dallas Mavericks, The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and The Arkansas Razorbacks.
