Mandy Farmer writes from lived experience, offering hope to women navigating the daily realities of chronic pain. Since 2011, she has walked through chronic illness, facing not only physical challenges but also the loss of ministries, home, financial security, and most recently, her pastor-husband and caregiver.
Through it all, she has discovered that God’s grace meets us in every note of suffering—every stanza, every phrase, every attempted song—often expressed through her lifelong love of music.
Mandy is a graduate of Asbury University and the author of three children’s books, including Soft Hugs for Mommy, which helps families with children navigate the changes chronic illness brings. She also writes for the online Bible study, Gracefully Truthful. She lives near her four adult children in Savannah, Georgia, where beauty and brokenness inspire their own melody.
