Bryan Burns is on a mission to make the next generation fall in love with books! With millions of videos on social media, endless video games, streaming services, and multiple electronic devices always within reach, the traditional children's picture book is under siege! To compete with all the excitement, Bryan tries to write stories that are wild, crazy, and inappropriately funny enough for children to put down the devices and find their greatest joy in print. Instead of hammering moral and life lessons into children, Bryan just wants them and their parents to laugh so hard they fall out of their chairs every night over an outrageous story. From a squirrel-sucking vampire kid and adorable puppies crushed by grand pianos to a jet-propelled farting mermaid, your kids will be in stitches and hooked on reading from an early age.
