Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith was born in Texas in 1971.

Growing up on her parent's farm, she is the third child of John and Emma Smith. Sadly, both of her siblings were diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, and Kelly and her mom immediately looked for delicious recipes to keep them eating with taste, while also keeping their glycemic index as low as possible.

Once she grow up, Kelly wanted to go deeper into Diabetic and Low-Carbs recipes so she could teach her family and friends how to eat. She showed her brothers to have fun in the kitchen, how to prepare delicious dishes, and feel full of energy every single day. Now she is sharing her books with all people that want to start a new healthy lifestyle!

Her books contain fast and easy recipes to introduce even people who have never cooked before to a healthy and nutritious diet suited to their needs. Each recipe is carefully analyzed from a nutritional perspective and the meal plans are strictly balanced.
