Roy D. Pan, Ph.D., is a seasoned educator who has worked with over 550 students in Asia and North America. He owns Edchieve, LLC—an education consulting company that helps students with executive functioning skills, life skills, and self-improvement. He promotes independent learning and focuses on the inside-out approach to motivate his students. His lessons are derived from the teachings of his father, a former Professor of Pharmacology at NYMU, Taipei, and his UCLA Ph.D. mentor, Professor Michael Jung, inventor of the billion-dollar drug Xtandi.
Dr. Pan enjoys many side hobbies such as cooking, watching sports, playing basketball, swimming, and reading books, but his main hobby is teaching, and he loves to see his students succeed. He wrote the book Executive Functioning Workbook for Kids because he has personally seen many families troubled by executive functioning challenges. He hopes this book will provide a wonderful learning experience for many families and that children can use these lessons to enjoy tackling challenges and achieving personal goals.
