I write mysteries with a mystic twist—stories where time misbehaves, the past won’t stay buried, and the supernatural refuses to stay on the sidelines.

My stories are solidly grounded in my own mystical experiences. I’m a certified tarot master, certified astrologer, and experienced runecaster. In fact, my Enchanted Antique Shop books are based on the real-life haunted antique shop I owned for five years. I also have a degree in philosophy from California State University, where I studied ancient myth and metaphysics.

I grew up on a farm in North Dakota, and I've lived in Brazil, Southern California, and Minnesota. I live in Florida now, where the line between reality and the unexplained is thin—and I like it that way.

My husband Dan and I have been married since 2000. We have four grown children, as well as a little rat terrier named Dot, who trills like a bird when she's in a good mood.
