Erica Young Reitz

Erica teaches writing at Penn State University and leads After College Transition – an initiative that resources higher education professionals, college ministers, and organizational leaders with the tools they need to equip students for life after college. She is the author of After College (IVP, 2016) and her writing on the topic of post-college thriving has appeared in numerous publications, including Christianity Today and Relevant Magazine. Erica holds an MA in higher education from Geneva College where she also serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Master of Arts in Higher Education program.
