Carsten Feldmann

Prof. Dr. Carsten Feldmann is a professor for business process management and founding chairman of the Institute for Process Management and Digital Transformation (IPD) at the Münster University of Applied Sciences. His research focuses on the digitalization of companies, in particular the automation of processes. As advisor, trainer and speaker, Prof. Dr. Feldmann supports companies in creating sustainable value through process-oriented digitalization. Previously, he worked for a large technology company as Director Worldwide Manufacturing Coordination, as plant manager and logistics manager, Furthermore, he worked as an IT consultant for a management consultancy. He has more than 20 years of international leadership and project experience in the areas of production, logistics, IT and process optimization in various industries.
