Alex Moses

Alex Moses is the author of seven books on behavioral science and human performance, including the Identisophia series and Why Smart People Repeat Stupid Things.

He has built thirteen multimillion-dollar businesses across four exits, and spent years studying why smart people repeat the same costly patterns. Identisophia is what came out of it.

He created Identisophia, a framework for understanding the identity people protect when life, money, relationships, leadership, and success apply pressure.

He also wrote the Reaction Intelligence books, on finding the real commercial problem before you waste years solving the wrong one.

His work starts with one uncomfortable truth: most people are not trapped by failure. They are trapped by the identity they built to avoid feeling powerless.

Alex writes for entrepreneurs, executives, high performers, and anyone who built a life that looks successful from the outside but feels controlled from the inside.

His central belief is simple: the most dangerous prison is the identity you are proud of surviving.

Alex lives in Arizona with his wife, Roxie, and their two basset hounds, Melvin and Winthrop.
