Azeez Amida

Azeez Amida, widely known as “The Growthpreneur,” is a Nigerian business executive, entrepreneur and author whose work focuses on helping people and organisations achieve structured, sustainable growth.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Azeez has worked in Finance across multiple countries and industries. He previously served as CEO of IHS Rwanda, where he led one of the fastest-growing operations within the company’s international portfolio. He later became CEO of Pan African Towers, overseeing a period in which the company’s revenue grew approximately fourfold.

Today, Azeez is the President and Founder of Fusewall Holdings, Chairman of Coloplus Limited and Founder of Showtime Flag Football, an organisation helping to professionalise and expand flag football in Nigeria.

He is the author of The EPE Principle: Enter, Perform, Exit, which explores how to recognise, maximise and exit opportunities, and The Growth Principle, a practical guide to building businesses, ideas, institutions and personal capacity through deliberate systems.

Azeez is an alumnus of IE Business School, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Through his writing and leadership, he translates complex growth challenges into practical frameworks people can understand and apply.
