Luis Rios

Luis Rios has had a long-term career as a Vocational Expert/Expert Witness in California and Florida. He currently resides in Sarasota, Florida. His first book Beverly Hills Diary Close Encounters with the Stars was started during a trip on the Key West Express fast jet-boat ferry in 2019. It is based on a personal diary from the mid-late 1970's documenting close encounters with luminaries in Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Malibu.
