Sheri Smith has spent a lifetime weaving creativity into everything she touches. From the stage to the kitchen to the page. She began starring on Broadway at age seven and made the iconic M&M commercial that ran for decades. In the 1970s, she served in the U.S. Navy, aspiring to become an EMT, before returning to the entertainment industry. In 1990, she founded Gourmet Catering, serving high-profile clients across Southern California, and after 9/11 built a castle-themed oceanfront retreat in Hawaii that captured media attention.
Today, Sheri channels her passion into writing and publishing, including the deeply personal memoir Mama Drama, the spellbinding poetry collection An Ancient Spell From a Distant Time, and the screenplay-turned-novella People Make Plans. She continues to run Chocolate Fountain SoCal, producing unforgettable events while exploring new creative frontiers. A daily swimmer, gym-goer, and devoted animal lover, Sheri lives and creates in Southern California.
