The story is one that is intensely personal for me and it healed and grew as I did. It is about uncovering family secrets, finding love, and breaking free from the ravages of abuse and addiction. Life can change on a dime. For worse and for better. Tragedy happens in a matter of minutes, but so does forgiveness, recovery, and hope. As you travel through the lives of these preciously flawed characters, my heart's desire is that you find a little of yourselves in the middle of me trying to find myself.
