John Adago

John Adago has been a student of Philosophy for fifty-five years. He has met and studied in person with many of the teachers quoted in his writings. These studies were not an abstract pursuit, as he was drawn to these remarkable men and women with whom he shared a common aim: With all their being they sought to know the truth about themselves and the creation. With extraordinary will and perseverance, they worked to live according to the higher knowledge they discovered and to pass that knowledge on to others.

Married over 50 years, he is father and a grandfather. He has been a businessman, an entrepreneur, a student and a teacher, a writer and a lecturer. He has studied with students from many countries. Over the course of his life, he has led groups in the study of Eastern and Western philosophy, economics, and meditation.

The aim of his writing is to pass on to others the knowledge he has been fortunate to receive from some of the master teachers of the twentieth century. He currently resides in New York City with his wife, Catherine.
