Marc Rotenberg

Marc Rotenberg is the founder of the Center for AI and Digital Policy, a global network of AI policy experts and human rights advocates. Marc is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, where he teaches GDPR. He has published leading reference books on AI policy, privacy, and open government litigation. He has served as an expert advisor on AI and digital policy for many organizations, including the Council of Europe, the Global Privacy Assembly, the OECD, and UNESCO. He is an elected member of the American Bar Foundation and the European Law Institute. He is a founding editor of the Journal of AI Law and Regulation.
