Brian David Simmons long work history started with mowing lawns and evolved through moving irrigation pipes, bucking hay, cleaning dog kennels, picking peaches, washing cars, repairing cars, engineer, volunteer fire department chief, project engineer, aerospace chief engineer, aerospace division chief engineer, and ultimately author and consultant. Along the way, he raised four boys that became very successful in their own right. And they in turn have provided wonderful daughters-in-law and grandchildren.
Brian retired and currently consults in the aerospace industry. He lives in rural Idaho with his wife; they love Idaho and enjoy fishing, four-wheeling, traveling, dancing at music festivals and writing. Brian's wife, Connie, usually out fishes him and easily out does him when it comes to humorous writing. Brian is more of a creative, action packed, technothriller type writer. Brian says the mountains are God's country and he and Connie spend countless hours exploring them in their side-by-side. Local bands are their favorites and they dance every chance they get, whether it's in Boise, Jerome, Challis, Rupert, Twin Falls, Hagerman, or any of the other fantastic Idaho cities. Their favorite band is Tyler and the Train Robbers.
