I am an Assistant Professor at Université Paris-Saclay, working on structural bioinformatics, studying protein structure, evolution, and interactions. In my day-to-day job, I analyze and visualize data to ask and answer biological questions. For that task, I use Julia, Python, and R, usually in that order. As an early Julia adopter, I have been coding in the language since 2013. In those years, I have taught multiple courses and workshops introducing Julia and Data Analysis techniques. I have developed MIToS, a Julia package for studying protein sequences and structures. I have also contributed to the JuliaPlots ecosystem.
