She is a writing coach, editor, and community leader with more than two decades of experience in advocacy communications. She claims her progressive values and midwestern roots.

As Director of the Ohio Immigrant Alliance, she published "Far From Their Eyes: Ohio Migration Anthology, Volume 1," in 2021. The next volume, "(Everything Is) Cells and Bodies," will be published in 2023. Her first book, "Necterrific: Vibrant Juice Recipes for a Vibrant Life," was written with her sister, Mary Tramonte, before she died of breast cancer. "Necterrific" is available on Lulu and Blurb.
