Barbara Lenk Harrington is the CEO and Founder of Coach Barbara Harrington

Barbara loves all things science and robotics. Her love of science started back in grade school when she hatched chickens from an incubator in her mom's kitchen. She is a respected organic chemist and worked in industry for about 15 years, when she became a entrepreneur and certified business coach.

Barbara became obsessed with how the brain worked and solved problems after her dad fell backwards and hit his head against concrete. Her dad's neurologist told her that the brain, in general, is not very maliable. In fact, the doctor said the brain would become fixed or set in 9 months and would not continue to adapt. This meant the speech and cognitive therapy plan needed to be executed quickly to help her dad restore his memories. What Barbara observed was her dad continued to heal and gain more of his memory back until the day he died 7 years later.

From this experience with her dad, she knew the science of being able to prune and rewire the brain's neural pathways existed. In 2020, Barbara combine her love of business and neuroscience into her coaching practice.

Everything Barbara does revolves around her passion for successfully helping others transform their lives. 

Barbara is on a mission is to impact 1 million heart-centered women entrepreneurial leaders over 50 who want to intentionally design their life & businesses full of impact, meaning, and purpose without losing themselves (and their mind in the process) so that they create their lasting legacy.
