Captain Eddie Gantner

"Flying Vagabond" is the story of my aviation career born of desire, fueled with hope, and bred of desperation in the early years. From Airline 'Freight Dog' to 'International Corporate Pilot.' Perseverance was my Mantra, confidence my strength, and adventures never dreamed of the result.

Driven by unexplained passion and resolve, I refused to be deterred from the goal I set for myself of becoming a professional pilot. Obstacles abounded and were regularly defeated because of the strength of my confidence in continual efforts to realize my dream. Fear of failure was never given purchase in my belief system. The word 'fear' deciphered is: "Fanatsised Expectations Appearing Real." My resolve was not fantasy! Hard work, diligent study, and applied discipline have resulted in a rewarding and hard-won adventurous aviation career to be proud of.

Adrenalin fills the pages of "Flying Vagabond." I have no regrets! I loved every thrilling moment depicted between those pages. I am sure you will as well!
