Flore Dussey

Flore Dussey, 50, is a journalist who has worked for Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS) since 2001. After spending nine years covering international news, her career has taken her to the Swiss Alps where she specialises in issues linked to the environment and mountains. Her love for reporting led her to make several independent documentaries, including The Power of Citizen Leadership, which won the Hollywood International Independent Documentary Award for best short foreign documentary in December 2016.

Her father passed his love for Nepal on to her, following a trek together to Rolwaling Himal in November 2003.

Mother to a 12-year-old girl, Flore currently lives in a little village in central Valais, situated not far from the Crans-Montana ski resort.
