Daniel Feldman

Daniel Feldman was born and raised in southeastern Michigan, the son of a language arts teacher and a physician—two strong advocates for reading, storytelling, and literature. Surrounded by books from an early age, he spent much of his childhood reading and writing stories of his own.

Today, he is a physician, author, screenwriter, and producer. His work includes the medical fiction novel Breathless, The Princess and the Penguin children’s book series, and the animated short film Braving the Night.

Whether he is caring for patients, writing books, or developing film projects, storytelling remains a central part of his life. Away from his work, he most enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, who continue to be his greatest inspiration and joy.
