Thomas Heimann

Thomas Heimann is an AI-native business builder, entrepreneur, and operator who helps founders redesign their companies around agentic workflows, digital workers, and autonomous operating systems.

Long before AI, he was an internet pioneer. He coined the term autoresponder in 1994, built the first web-based domain registration service in 1995, and founded GEN—which grew into the world’s largest web hosting provider, serving more than 35,000 domains for 10,000 customers across 30+ countries. He co-created the eBusiness CD-ROM with Microsoft and AOL to accelerate small-business adoption of ecommerce.

Today he is the founder and CEO of Cloud Title, where he’s building an AI-native title and settlement company, and is actively deploying multi-agent AI systems on OpenClaw to power operations across his businesses. He lives in Tampa Bay, Florida, with his wife Jennifer.
