Teresa Heapy

Teresa Heapy was a commissioning editor in children's publishing, before realising that what she really wanted to do was write books. Teresa has worked for the Royal Literary Fund as a Fellow at Buckingham University and as a Lector with Restore in Oxford. She loves visiting schools, libraries, festivals and bookshops, reading her books and inspiring children to write their own stories. In her spare time, she sings with her band The Hot Crumpets and acts in local theatre.
