Randall Snyder served with the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office from 2000 until his retirement in 2021. During this time, he received the 2016 US Attorney General’s Special Commendation, a Medal of Distinction, Pinal County Attorney’s Victim’s Rights Award, and the Dr. Marie Griffith Distinguished Alumni Award from Arizona State University.
He was published in the anthology Understanding and Preventing Community Violence and has been featured on the CatfishCops and Badge Boys podcasts, as well as numerous news pieces and articles for his work in Internet Crimes Against Children. Randall has presented at local and national conferences and for numerous school and civic organizations on matters of child safety. He returned to the sheriff’s office in 2022 in a civilian capacity. He is available to speak about many child safety topics.
He is co-author to the historic memoir Hellbent for California, and has a forthcoming book about his cases and investigations in child crimes.
