Howard Rixie

Howard Rixie is one of eight children, born and raised in Illinois and has resided in Alaska for the past forty years. Having served the Air Force for forty-two years, he is a decorated go-to expert in Human Resource Management, Training Development, Total Quality Management, and Industrial Engineering spectrums.

Owner/Consultant of Quality Inventing Futures, for more than 25 years. A Specialist in assisting failing small businesses, business start-ups, and training development, with an innate gift for strategic planning, process management, instructional systems design, and team building.

Howard is committed to paying it forward through community service. He embodies “If you aren’t changing, you are dying” with a passion for mentoring young adults in life choices.
