Lin Lim PH D

I design systems that help people grow by being more fully themselves.

My work sits at the intersection of human development, learning design, and leadership practice, where I translate research, lived experience, and systems thinking into environments that preserve dignity and expand agency across the lifespan.

After more than a decade in higher education leadership, nonprofit governance, and professional learning design, I am now building a stealth venture focused on rethinking how families, educators, and organizations recognize, support, and develop human capacity in complex real-world settings.

Previously, I served as the Dean of Certificate Programs at Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity in Education, leading academic program strategy and learner experience within a pioneering virtual graduate model. My service as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Representative for the UCLA Anderson EMBA Class Council and as President and Immediate Past President of SENG strengthened my commitment to systems that work for those often misunderstood by traditional structures.

My work integrates:

• Capacity-aware system design

• Leadership and learning environments

• Choice architecture and decision contexts

• Cross-sector partnership building

• Translating research into applied practice
