With more than two decades of experience in education, entrepreneurship, and personal development, Lucy has built a career that has taken her from the classroom to business ownership, coaching, mentoring, and public speaking. Her latest book, El Arte de Volver a Mí, explores the patterns, expectations, fears, and roles that can slowly disconnect women from themselves, inviting readers to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
