Richard West

Richard West is a professional speaker, business coach and author. He specialises in leadership, teamwork and effective communication. His presentation content is framed from knowledge gained in the competitive world of international motorsport having worked in senior commercial roles for the McLaren, Williams and Arrows Formula 1 Teams. He was also a Director of the Daytona and Le Mans 24 hour racing winning TWR Jaguar Sports car teams. Latterly he ran the British Touring Car Championship as overall administrator.

He has worked with nine World Championship winning Drivers, and in his career has raised in excess of $USD165m of sponsorship revenues. As co author of the three editions of Performance at the Limit, his speaking and training work has taken him on a global journey across many sectors including, rail, air, ocean transportation, finance, shipping and many FMCG/White Goods businesses.

He continues to work as a consultant to a number of global brands.
