Suki (Susan) Jeffreys

Suki was born in Toronto, Ontario, and moved to the US at age 10. After college, she spent 35+ years in Information Technology (IT) as a project/program manager and technical trainer where she developed keen insights and practices around people, communication, and leadership. After retiring from her tech career, she started a new business and a purpose-driven life season as an international best-selling author, coach/mentor, and fear and courage expert. Suki has coaching certifications and is also the host of a weekly inspiring live stream show called Defying Expectations over 60. She helps women transition from one season of their lives to the next by helping them to clarify their vision, build a positive relationship with fear, and build the life they want and deserve.

Suki is a wife, stepmom, serial entrepreneur, heart-centered leader, 20-year breast cancer survivor, world traveler, wine drinker, cactus-lover, and loving friend. She lives with her husband, Mike Jeffreys, in Phoenix, Arizona.
