Jamie Bowman

Jamie Bowman is a born storyteller with plenty of stories to tell. For the past twenty years, she has worked as a legal consultant in some of the world’s most challenging environments. As part of the bargain, she has lived in buggy hotel rooms, converted shipping containers, and recycled safari tents. She is a California native, a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and a member of the State Bar of California. Jamie currently lives in Washington, DC, but she spends a few months each year in her favorite city, Savannah, Georgia. After a long career of writing legal documents, reports, and a variety of laws, Bike Riding in Kabul is Jamie’s first book.
