Micah Frye is a father of three, a husband of one, and a teacher of many. Residing in the suburbs of Baltimore, Micah is a first-time author who, through years of watching and experiencing people’s metabolic struggles, has decided it’s time to erase our flawed knowledge of diet and metabolism. Though a full-time high school teacher, husband, and dad, when Micah isn’t coaching wrestling, he finds time to research and show simplified ways to understand complicated scientific concepts to his children, students, and wrestlers. Micah has gone from nearly 30% body fat to 8% body fat simply by following the diet and exercises explained in his writing.
