Oded Oren

Oded Oren is chef-owner of Oren restaurant in Dalston. His eponymous new cookbook featuring stories and recipes celebrating the rich and diverse cuisine of his hometown, Tel Aviv. Tel Aviv is a city of vibrancy and colour, both in its atmosphere and food; a modern cultural hub providing a true East-meets-West juncture. Oded’s food speaks of his personal journey as a chef, from his upbringing in Tel Aviv as part of an Ashkenazi Jewish family to opening his first restaurant in East London.
