Stephen Cremen was born in Baltimore and raised in a small town in Iowa. For over three decades, he has travelled an extraordinary path, tackling obesity and issues of body image. What began as a quest to shed weight ultimately became a profound journey of self-exploration, emotional resilience, and empowerment. 

After working for over 23 years as a marketing executive for Verizon, Stephen left the business world to pursue passion projects and share the formative experiences that have shaped his life. Stephen's mission transcends mere storytelling; it's about fostering connection, building a tapestry of empathy, and cultivating a safe space of love and support. Residing in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with his husband Will and their beloved golden retriever Daisy, Stephen celebrates the resilience of the human spirit and the boundless capacity for growth and love.
