Dan Paxton

After a number of years in private business, and having owned several businesses, Dan decided to become an EOS Implementer, where he passionately enjoyed helping Business Owners grow the value of their businesses. In 2018 Dan was asked to become a part of an Exit Planning Advisor team: and, upon learning what Exit Planning was all about, Dan became hooked and dived in with his usual entrepreneurial spirit. Saying goodbye to his EOS clients, Dan put his head down and started ExitSmarts – spending two full years of product development including over a year in testing – which his wife reminds him was two incomeless years!

Along the way Dan picked up certifications from both BEI and EPI. Dan is mostly excited about his transition because ExitSmarts includes a Transition Plan Implementation module with is heavily influenced by his previous work combined with value acceleration.
