Janice Kelley

Evangelist Janice Kelley is the founder of Janice Kelley’s Outreach Ministries, a ministry dedicated to encouraging, mentoring, and teaching women to embrace God as well as reaching lost souls.

Evangelist Kelley is the seventh child born to the late Deacon Willie and Mother Rosetta Adams Kelley. She credits her parents for teaching her the way of holiness and how to live as a woman of God. She comes from a family of godly preachers, apostles, deacons, and missionaries. She first heard the word of holiness as a small child from her uncle, Elder D. E. Kelley. As an adult, she embraced a life of holiness and began to live this life for the Lord.

It was while she was a member of Deliverance Temple COGIC, under the leadership of her late brother and founder, Elder Ronald Evans Kelley that she embraced her missionary calling and ministry of help. She was consecrated as an Evangelist Missionary in the year 1997.

Evangelist Kelley was licensed as a minister in 2007 under the leadership of Bishop Joseph Lawrence of New Zion Temple Ministries of North Little Rock. It was while she was with the New Zion Temple Ministries that she began her journey as a missionary to Jamaica, from 2008 until 2013.

As a missionary in Jamaica, she along with other missionaries and Dr. Russell Cephas visited men's prisons, women's prisons, youth homes, and Teen Challenge (a drug rehab facility for men). She also visited schools, along with Pastor Grace Burke where many children came to know Jesus Christ as their savior. In the year 2011, Evangelist Kelley was able to raise enough money along with Pastor Grace Burke, Dr. Russell Cephas, Bishop Ffrench, and other missionaries; to be able to build a home for a family of ten who were living in a one-room shack with no running water, no indoor toilet, and no electricity. From that shower of love, the family came to know the Lord and became parishioners of Bishop Ffrenchs’ church.

Her other volunteer ministry includes being a lay therapist for Stop Child Abuse and Neglect (SCAN), a children's advocacy center in Little Rock, for two years.

Evangelist Kelley is a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School and received her B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Arkansas Baptist College. She also completed further studies at the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, and Ouachita Baptist University.

Evangelist Kelley retired from Tyson Foods in November 2017, after 36 years, of working in Payroll, Accounting, as a Purchasing Clerk, Purchasing Agent, Complex Material Manager, and later as an HR staff member.

In 2019 Evangelist Kelley attended a two-day Cancer Care Leadership Training, sponsored by Our Journey of Hope of Cancer Treatment Centers of America, (CTCA). This training provides pastors and ministry leaders with the tools, training and support to raise up Cancer Care Ministries in their local churches and communities.

A Cancer Care Ministry provides hope and encouragement to those individuals dealing with cancer. Presently (effective May 2022), Evangelist Kelley ministers to three adult cancer patients and a grandmother who has a three-year-old grandchild battling cancer.

In addition to her ministry responsibility, she also is a substitute teacher in the North Little Rock school district and a licensed Insurance Agent for the state of Arkansas.

Evangelist Kelley is a member of New Beginnings Ministries, Inc., 515 Sherwood Avenue, Sherwood, AR 72120, under the leadership of Pastors Terence and Marilyn Underwood.

Evangelist Kelly has accepted the calling to God and her Ministry mantle of leadership is: "There's a Grace on My Life to Relase the Glory of God!"
