Katelynn Laird

I have been writing seriously for about nine years now, with just a few titles to my name. I am actively seeking traditional publication opportunities for both short stories and novels.

I love storytelling and words, words, words. The feeling of creating a new character or crafting the perfect scene, or writing a witty comeback is unparalleled.

When not writing, I teach English to high school seniors in Denver.

My other passions include music (listening, creating, performing - music will always be my first love), reading (obviously), cooking, anything relating to animals (the fluffier the better), most outdoor activities (ie. hiking, rock climbing, swimming, other water sports, archery, tree climbing, etc.), and graphic design (in a very amateurish way).

In general, I just really enjoy creating, and I want to share my creations with the world.
