Celeste Louw

Celeste Louw is an author, healing guide, and survivor advocate whose work centres on trauma, recovery, and lived experience. She is a survivor of child abuse and domestic violence, and writes from a place of honesty, compassion, and deep respect for the healing journey.

Celeste works in the Gender Based Violence space as a trainer and programme designer, supporting survivors, professionals, and organisations through trauma informed practice and real world application. Her approach is grounded, practical, and deeply human, shaped by both lived experience and years of working alongside thousands of individuals on their healing journeys.

She is the author of My Journey, My Way and The ABC of Healing. Her books are written for people who want language, reflection, and tools that feel accessible and real, without judgement or pressure to heal in a prescribed way.

Celeste believes healing is personal, non linear, and deeply individual. Her writing offers space rather than answers, and companionship rather than instruction.

She lives in South Africa and continues to write, teach, and walk alongside others through stories of healing, growth, and resilience.
