My mom and brothers moved out to Arizona at a young age. I would visit my father flying back and forth .

I traveled from one world to another throughout a lifetime

From Philadelphia with the influence of an old history and family to the Arizona life that was everything the Philadelphia life was not.

My mom being a single mom with struggles working many jobs to succeed and provide a home ,

Brothers who were 10 years older with the influence of the 60s and their own trials and tribulations.

From the country to the city like two realties and different worlds.

So many characters who shaped my perspectives of life .

Horses were a way of life growing up and then my dream to become a trainer and playing music were where I worked my hardest . I have made a life of both. My two children both musicians and creators today.

Now the dream of writing and Helpnetic House .. a place to come talk .. and filled with local remedies

Anything can be possible.
