Bridget Belgrave has taught juggling, ridden across Afghanistan on a horse, studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford University, restored Oriental tribal rugs, and worked as an Alexander Technique teacher and energy healer. Since 1996 she has been an international Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer and facilitator. She co-developed the NVC Dance Floors which have been translated into 20 languages. And most importantly, she is a mother of one son.
