Francesca Kenney

Francesca is the CEO of Green Orchid. Her venture’s philosophy is that all businesses deserve a CFO. Through mentorship and coaching she and her team provides guidance for companies. Green Orchid’s pillars are based on Health, Safety and Peace.

Providing guidance for others, being present and helpful to others, strong family-work life balance, and philanthropic initiatives were my driving factors in building Green Orchid.”

Throughout her career Francesca is a proven action-oriented leader empowering teams. She offers an extensive achievement record providing financial and operational strategies including mentoring teams. Francesca collaborates with Executive Leaders and works with teams on messaging to achieve a company’s goals. She has proven success in identifying areas of improvement and increasing efficiencies to drive the bottom line, while maximizing growth and profit.

Francesca is an expert working with companies on the preparation of their exit strategy. Companies should be operating with the mindset they are prepared to sell. The theory behind sale readiness is to be efficient, top of your revenue, maximize EBITDA, and an achievable forecast while aligning with growth and profits. Coupled with the financial health of the owners.

Francesca is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Virginia; she earned a Post-baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from Arizona State University West, and a Bachelor of Science Personnel and Industrial Relations Management from Northern Illinois University. She is a board member for the non-profit organization Ups for DownS and is a team member of a grass roots effort in passing a referendum in her township to support mental health. Francesca is an advocate for mental health, and family work-life balance.

Family is very important to Francesca. She is married to Allan Anderson. She has two stepchildren and two grandchildren. Supportive auntie for travel soccer and basketball, high school athletics and band. Francesca enjoys self-improvement including education, working out, nutrition, and athletics. She is an animal, orchid, and plant lover, as well as an arts and craft enthusiast.
