Kenneth Jessen

Kenneth Jessen has had 2,300 articles published in magazines and newspapers, and his 23rd book came out in October, 2022. His concentration has been on Colorado history. A number of his books cover the state's many ghost towns and other aspects of Colorado history. Jessen teaches adult education at Colorado State University and will start his 12th year in 2026. He is active in a number of historical societies. Serving on a board of directors he is in his twentieth year. He is also a lecturer and gives tours in Northern Colorado area. Jessen has also made a number of television appearances including CBS Sunday Morning.
