Eliza Garza

Eliza M. Garza is a bestselling, award-winning author, publisher, speaker, and faith alignment coach devoted to helping children, teens, and adults reconnect to God, purpose, and cultural identity through the power of story. Rooted in South Texas and deeply inspired by her Hispanic heritage, Eliza writes books that honor family, tradition, faith, and the wisdom passed down through generations.

She is the author of beloved children’s books including Raspas Con Mi Grandpa and Vendiendo Con Mi Grandpa, stories that celebrate grandparents, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy while strengthening family bonds. Through her writing, Eliza empowers children to see themselves, their culture, and their God-given potential reflected on the page.

As the founder of the publishing company Mija Media House and the visionary behind the God Willing, Daughter (Si Diosito Quiere, Mija) anthology, Eliza curates sacred spaces for women to share their God stories, testimonies, and healing journeys. Her work bridges faith, storytelling, and personal development, reminding readers that alignment with God transforms every area of life.

Eliza’s path as an author and coach was shaped through both triumph and deep trial. After the collapse of a once thriving business, she experienced a powerful spiritual awakening that redefined her purpose and calling.

As a faith alignment coach, Eliza works with men, women, and teens, guiding them to heal their relationship with God and with themselves. Her coaching centers on restoring trust in God’s voice, releasing shame and fear, and helping individuals reconnect to their identity, worth, and spiritual alignment. She is also a certified global leader and coach with The Latina Empire, where she empowers women to rise in faith, clarity, leadership, and purpose.

Through coaching, books, workshops, retreats, and community initiatives, Eliza creates environments where healing, clarity, and faith can take root.

When she is not writing or speaking, Eliza remains involved in her community, collaborating with schools, families, and organizations to promote literacy, faith, and empowerment for the next generation.
