As a ‘Member of Gen X’, Dr Meike Terstiege is an independent consultant and trainer as well as an author and speaker on ‘Marketing & HR Insights - from ZOOMER ´til BOOMER”.
As @DOCMARKETEER, she advises companies on strategic marketing, HR marketing and recruiting, campus recruiting and university marketing as well as the selection and management of agencies.
She is the editor and (co-)author of numerous specialist articles and books (including ‘Effiziente Marketingkommunikation’, ‘Digitales Marketing’, ‘KI in Marketing und Sales’, ‘Marketing Automation’, ‘Diversität in Marketing und Sales’, ‘Mensch. Marke. Manipulation.’, “Campus Recruiting”, “The DNA of Generation Z” and “Babyboomer in Unternehmen”).
She specialises in generation mix and age-diverse teams, is a board member of the Account Planning Group Germany (APGD) and a university lecturer in business psychology, marketing and PR at IU International University.
She studied business psychology at the University of Mannheim, completed her doctorate at the marketing department of TU Dortmund University and has worked in strategic marketing at both corporate and agency level.
